Welcome to Cameg Arabian Stud

My husband Andrew & I began developing our family yard in 2006 but our love of the Arabian horse spans many decades. It's perhaps due to such a beautifully sculpted appearance that the Arab horse is often overlooked as the versatile & hardy equine, not to mention the improver of other sport breeds it truely is.

About Cameg

We are ideally located in Central Scotland & our yard is very much a family affair - so much so that our broodstock prefix "Cameg" is a combination of our children's names. Before changing discipline Arabs brought me FEI & Diamond Level Endurance success - a feat only possible by a breed with heart for the job!
...It's that same heart with which we now successfully breed & show our Arabs.

New Beginnings - 2014

We feel privileged in our purchase of the most breathtaking stallion. He will be both instrumental in our own breeding programme & will stand at stud in 2014 to suitable mares. We invite you to come & meet this gentle soul who is everything & more that an Arab should be.

HT Nybraska

Recovering from the devastating loss of our beloved foundation stallion HT Nybraska will take us forever. As all studs must do we mourn & move forward. Nybraska gifted us with more than his incredible nature, floating movement & overall charisma - he gave us beautiful daughters, which we have retained for our own breeding programme. Through them his legacy will carry forward for generations to come.
